By accessing or using Kimberly-Reyes.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Kimberly Reyes International ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Site. You understand that through your use of the Site, you consent to the collection and use of this information.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, fraudulent, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Kimberly Reyes International and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
Kimberly Reyes International will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products or services sold or distributed by Kimberly Reyes International or through the Site shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in the United States, California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kimberly Reyes International, and govern your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Kimberly Reyes International.
Mobile Messaging Terms
Kimberly Reyes International, doing business as Kimberly Reyes Consulting, offers an SMS messaging program for individuals who opt in through our website forms. Messages may include non-marketing messages such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, application follow-up, and responses to website form inquiries. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive offers, service updates, events, and educational content. Message frequency varies.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
